Fellowship’s Angel Tree

Our Angel Trees go up the week of Thanksgiving with the help of lots of volunteers.  Our Angel Tree Ministry not only provides gifts for children in our city, but it also supports local and foreign ministries where our own body is actively serving.  The Angel Tree gifts help these organizations throughout the year to bless the people to whom they minister.

Volunteer Opportunity #1:  Make the Tags
You will be given a bag with everything you need in it to make a set of Angel Tree Tags (die cut tags, labels and yarn).  You can do this at home while watching your favorite television show.  Supplies can be picked up beginning November 1st and all tags should be returned by Thursday, November 20th.

Volunteer Opportunity #2:  Decorate the Trees
Join us on Tuesday, November 25th at 10:00am in the church lobby to decorate the Angel Trees.  This includes assembling the trees, stringing lights and hanging the tags.

Volunteer Opportunity #3:  Man the Tables in the Lobby
Help folks select an Angel Tree tag, sign their tag out and collect the gifts as they come in.  We will need volunteers the following Sundays before and after each service…Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14 and Dec 21.

Volunteer Opportunity #4:  Organize Gifts in Trailor
As gifts come in you will load them on carts after they are check in and take them to the trailor where we keep them until they are delivered.  The gifts are organized in the trailor by which ministry they go to.  We will need volunteers the following Sundays before and after both services…Dec 7, Dec 14, Dec 21.
