Volunteer Opportunity #1
Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to local homebound seniors in all areas of Knoxville and Knox County.

Hours:
Monday - Friday
9:30am - 12 Noon

Commitment Level:
You can volunteer everyday, one day a week, one day a month or any amount of time you can spare.  When delivering meals, you can plan on a 2 hour commitment.  There are some routes that are designed to accommodate lunch hour schedules and usually take 45 minutes.

Volunteer Opportunity #2
Help pack and count food at the Mobile Meals Kitchen.  There are also opportunities for groups to do special projects at the kitchen.

Hours:
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 3:00pm
