Thanksgiving Baskets

Each holiday season, Fellowship Chuch serves and blesses families from our own body and families we are in relationship with that we have met through our outreach ministries by making and delivering Thanksgiving Food Baskets.  The basket includes everything a family of six would need to make Thanksgiving dinner, plus some personal touches.  As you can imagine, a basket like this can transform the Thanksgiving holiday for a financially challenged family.

Volunteer Opportunity #1: Man the Tables
Hand out information and collect sign-ups to make a basket on Sunday, Nov 2 and/or Sunday, Nov 9.

Volunteer Opportunity #2:  Make and Deliver a Basket
You, your family or your small group can make and deliver a Thanksgiving Basket to a family.  Please let us know if you plan to do this.  See our blog for more information in the month of November.

Volunteer Opportunity #3:  Collect Finished Baskets
On Sunday, Nov 23 those who are not delivering their basket bring it to the church kitchen before either service.  Help with carts and marking off who brought their basket.  Possibly deliver a basket.
